Returns and Refunds

EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS

If the Customer is not satisfied with the order for any reason, the product(s) may be returned for a refund or exchange.

The customer can choose between the following compensation options:

CHANGE

The change can be made under these conditions:

  • exchanging the same product for a different size, if available;
  • exchanging the same product for a different color, if available;
  • within and no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products.

For customs reasons, please note that exchanges are only possible for countries within the European Union. We can only exchange non-defective items that are in their original condition, not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The goods must be returned in one package.

We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns submitted at different times from an order.

The cost of shipping the exchange is distributed as follows:

  • from the customer to CALZATURE MARYLOU: this cost is borne by the customer. The customer will contact the forwarder of his choice to send the package to the following address: CALZATURE MARYLOU – Via Dante 160/A, 70019 Triggiano (BA), Italy.
    Inside the package you must insert, in a sealed envelope, €6 referring to the shipment of the exchange to the customer.
    Once we receive the package, we will send the requested item for exchange.

MADE

You can return unused items to CALZATURE MARYLOU within 14 days of the delivery date, after having written to and received our confirmation.

TO REQUEST AUTHORISATION FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

The right of withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:

  1. within and no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products, you must contact us by email at servizioclienti@shop.marylou.it or by writing a WhatsApp message to the number (+39) 0804683100
  2. the products must comply with the conditions described in the paragraph below: RETURN POLICIES* ;

The cost of the returned products will be refunded but not the cost of the original shipping, if any.

As soon as the returned items are inspected and accepted, a refund will be processed.

If the Customer paid by Credit Card or Paypal, the amount is normally available within 10 days from the date of the refund and will be visible on the statement; the processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.

In the event that the Customer has paid by Bank Transfer, the sum, deducted from any outward shipping costs, will be refunded to the original account after the customer has specified his bank details (IBAN).

In the event that the Customer has paid by Cash on Delivery +5€ the sum will be refunded by bank transfer, therefore the customer must communicate the IBAN to which to make the refund transfer. NB The sum that will be refunded is deducted from the cost of the cash on delivery of €5 and deducted from any outward shipping costs.

Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in the refunded amount is due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be refunded.

*RETURN POLICIES:

Customers must follow the RETURN POLICY as described below:

FOR RETURN SHIPMENTS THE CUSTOMER CAN USE A COURIER OF HIS CHOICE AND THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND THE REFUND WILL BE MADE UPON ARRIVAL OF THE GOODS IN OUR WAREHOUSES.

- Returned items must not be worn, altered or washed and any signs of wear are not accepted. The soles of the shoes must not have imperfections and must be in perfect condition;

- Returned items must have all original tags and labels, any original packaging received with the order and all other accessories (envelopes, boxes, etc.). In the case in which the items to be returned are shoes and other accessories, the items must be re-sent with their original boxes, which must not be altered, used or damaged as the external packaging of the shipment.

- In case of an error in the order or wrong or defective goods on our part, the customer must contact our customer service and follow the instructions described above. Our contacts are:

In case of defective goods or shipping errors the customer must contact us at the addresses indicated for verification. We will NOT accept items that have already been washed, worn or altered for any reason.

IMPORTANT :

Returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted.

A maximum of 1 return request is allowed per order (with which it is possible to request the operation for more than one product).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and/or not sent according to the return policy explained in the additional sections and in the email with the return instructions. In the case of unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with the expected standards, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. In addition, we reserve the right to request photographic evidence for those returns concerning defective merchandise before authorizing the return and will cover the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to our offices.
